Maybe if you weren't such an a-hole, you'd know that the football team is the biggest money maker we have, and they don't get paid. We might as well treat them right.

This is no attack on his coaching ability, but it is hard to listen to him at the mic. The one exception being the 07 SEC Champ game.

However, I could care less as long as he wins games. Much rather a George Bush speaker that wins than a Bill Clinton speaker that loses

So you just posted a thread about something that you self-admittedly didn't listen to or watch?

Hmmm ... might want to rethink that choice.
Why? People routinely post about things they have no fricking clue about.

everything Miles ever says starts with "i can tell you..."

when his kids come home he probably says "i can tell you that you will need to do your home work. I can tell you that when you are done, you will eat dinner."

when he see's his wife he probably says "i can tell you i love you."

Honestly, i think it is worst than "in terms of"

No he starts off every sentence by saying "I uhhhhhhhh... I uhhhhhhhh...." even when the sentence doesn't even begin with an "I".

I love all these threads dissecting Les Miles' pressers. Like he's had a change of heart and would come out and throw all his players under the bus. Like he would just come out and be completely different than what he's been since he's gotten to LSU.

Some of you people have some major fricking mental issues.

What exactly did he say that wasn't true? They didn't get to do their walk-through because of the delay and the pre-game warmup was shortened because of weather. You think this had zero impact?

It could have been an excuse if we got off to a bad start, but we actually played worse in the second half than in the first.

No, bashing Miles' is now the "in" thing to do so now we have a bunch of kids that have no clue jumping on the "i hate Miles" bandwagon. frickin' sheep.

Well it is probably close to their bed time so mommy can tuck them in for the night and we can catch a break.

Not expecting him to be completely different, yo. Not at all. Just looking for something -- anything -- resembling "We are too good to be playing like such shite" before we head into the meat of our schedule, that's all.

This praise-excuse-praise-excuse crap goes only so far. Yes, we're 4-0 and #4. Enjoy it now, because at this rate, we're gonna get our asses handed to us very soon unless Les cracks the whip.

I was in Gulf Shores and we were listening to the pregame show on 870. They were talking about how nasty the weather was and I said to my buddys, "Ah, shite! just what we need." Bad weather is an equalizer and almost ALWAYS benefits the underdog. MSU's second TD, the missed PAT and the botched field goal could all be attributed to the weather. It matters.
