The underlying argument missing is that the "Fans" are the reason the program is successful.

Hmm, wonder where they are getting all the funds?

Not from T shirt fans whose only connection to LSU is bitching and moaning on a message board.

I'm as disappointed and frustrated as anyone with the result. But it was still only a 2 possession game for almost all of the second half. I'm not completely shocked LSU did not abandon the run being down 2 scores. C'mon people.

That wasnt 8 total times in the 4th qtr, because the number was 10. That was 8 STRAIGHT run plays without a pass, in the 4th qtr

Translation = running the clock out on my own team. Quitter

Right Because it was the passing game that won all those games wasn't the oline or running game.... Mabe he would have passed if he had confedence in either QB.... i think its obvious he didn't.... against that D... but no he quit

I honestly think what you see her is two types of people. 1 is old people on the damn internet. The other is overreacting frat guy.

Old people on the inter are the ones that think miles owes them an explanation

As sad as it was, those 8 straight running plays accounted for over 27% of our total yards and enabled us to cross the 50 for the 1st time that night.

Also, those 8 straight runs and a subsequent 9th on a QB scramble left us at the 32 yard line with over 6.5 mins left.

That wasn't quitting, we weren't good enough that night to finish. Yes we were bad, but Bama was equally great. You have to give them some credit in this.

I actually think it is the other way around. The older fans have sat through absolute shite for LSU football during their lifetime and are actually appreciative of the success we are currently experiencing.

Frat boy just became a fan in 2003 or 2007 and thinks every single year LSU should win a national championship.
