Marcus Randall was on the Titans roster as a LINEBACKER.
Didn't know about him becoming a LB.

JJ to Denver!
Right! They are trying to figure out what to do with Tebow and you think they need someone who isn't a tenth as good. Mames sense to me! Not! Look. JJ is an amazing athlete who is tough as hell! But he is not now or ever will be a quarterback. It is a shame! I don't know what any team could use him for.

don't look for the same from JJ. Lee may have to hold the clip board for a while, but I predict he'll be a good back-up in the NFL...
No way JJ makes it as a QB, but good possibility as a free safety, nickel back, or weak side LB. Did you see the way he closed in on that Bama guy after he threw that pitch interception? He had no fear or hesitation going after him whatsoever.

Lee's arm isn't strong enough for the NFL, mediocre footwork and often failed to step into his throws at the SEC level... Lee seems a tremendous young man but he had a 'deer in headlights' look even when he was succeeding.
I wish him every success in business, law school, or medical school but two years from now he is definitely bilged out of the NFL.
He can play for the Chiefs, everybody knows we don't like throwing the ball deep. Hell if Matt can throw lil 5-10 yard routes I'm sure Lee would fit in just fine.

Might take him a year on a practice squad before he has a legit shot at making a roster
NFL teams usually don't take players they have to develop unless they have tons of raw talent. The most likely scenario would be for him to play great in the arena league of cfl and then he MAY get a shot.

We're not talking about putting him on the 53 man roster here
We're talking about a practice guy that might eventually catch on as a #3

I know and I just don't see a team doing that.

Let us face the fact that Lee nor Jefferson received the proper training from Les Miles. Three years under Crowton left very little time for Kragthorpe to repair the damage done to what could have been two very good college quarterbacks. That said, Lee on a practice squad and Jefferson hanging out at Tigerland Bars for the next three to five years.

You don't see a team letting him work as a practice QB?

CP had an arm in college.......he lost his range after 2 shoulder procedures in like 4/5 years...which limited his ability, made him a less effective QB, and eventually shortened his career.

don't think he will get drafted
Will be Miles' fault on this board.

The Green Bay Packers interviewed LSU quarterback Jarrett Lee while at the Casino del Sol All-Star game this past week in Tucson, Arz., according to Baton Rouge, La. television station WAFB. "Lee says he had interviews this week with the Patriots, Packers and Seahawks, among other NFL teams that had scouts attending practice sessions during the week," writes reporter Alyssa Schneider.
Lee reportedly impressed in last night's game while completing 13 of 18 passes for 176 yards and two touchdowns albeit in a losing effort for the East squad. The Packers will more than likely have a need for depth at the quarterback position this upcoming season after Matt Flynn leaves Green Bay for the opportunity to become a starter for another NFL franchise. There's a very good possibility the Packers will draft a quarterback this upcoming April to compete with Graham Harrell to become the primary backup to Aaron Rodgers. How high they draft a quarterback is the question.
There are a couple obvious similarities between Flynn and Lee in that they're both products of LSU. Flynn was also a seventh-round draft choice, and Lee figures to be a late-round if not undrafted prospect. Lee was the center of much scrutiny throughout his career at LSU. He received a lot of playing time his freshman year in college in 2008 but is remembered mostly for throwing more interceptions (16) than touchdowns (13) that season. His playing time was sparse during his sophomore and junior seasons before becoming the starter once again early in his senior season after Jordan Jefferson was suspended shortly before the first game of the season.
Lee started the first nine games of the 2011 season and got the Tigers off to an undefeated record with impressive wins against Oregon, West Virginia and Mississippi State. But once Jefferson came back from suspension, and Lee threw two interceptions in the regular season meeting against Alabama, head coach Les Miles went back to Jefferson as the starting quarterback and Lee rarely played the rest of the year. Many observers criticized LSU for not playing Lee in the national championship loss to Alabama after Jefferson had a very disappointing outing. Lee made a lot of strides his senior season completing 104 of 167 passes (62.3%) for 1,306 yards with 14 touchdowns and only three interceptions.

ha. reading this board the past week you'd think Jarrett Lee was the next coming of Bart Starr.
