Leavitt back-pedaling on throws is slightly concerning

I'm sure that Kiffin and the staff have been working with him on it but it's definitely something I'd like to see cleaned up going forward.
Jarrett Lee had a similar habit when there was pressure in his face and against better secondaries this is going to get Sam in trouble as well.

He threw a couple Sat night that would be picked by a better defense. He also makes me nervous how he holds the ball when running. Good DBs are gonna come in punching at that ball and will cause a few fumbles.

Yeah he will be more of a matt corrall than a baker mayfield

Everyone around me at the game thought I was crazy for criticizing most of his throws so it’s good to know I’m not the only one a tad concerned about that.

Yep, the way he holds that ball while running will be a problem at some point if he doesnt get it fixed.

I see the rest of Clemsons team blinded yall to the fact that Clemsons actually does have good DBs. Hampton is one of the top DBs in the country. Clemsons secondary will be the sole reason they stay close in games with better teams and the reason they’ll probably win more than they should. Or they’ll be the reason Clemson has a shot to win some games.

Maybe because we were beating the crap out of Clemson and they didn't want to hear the opinions of an arm chair quarterback at that moment. There is a time for criticism and that wasn't the time, coach.

Completely agree. This is just something that will get noticed and clued in on as our opponents have more game film to study.

The good thing is LK is our coach and sees the same things and will coach him up.

You kidding , right . The man took control of the offense that rolled . No fault in his game this week. Now we will have to see how he continues to play . But this past game , nothing concerning about him except maybe the wr’s dropping a few ball's that should have been caught.

People are naturally sensitive about QB conversations in general. Leavitt isn’t perfect. He has things to improve on. Luckily he’s got a couple of weekends against subpar defenses that he should be able to get better, and I believe he will. He, along with the WR’s, will need to get better though.
