Maybe JJ is a better offensive coach than I’ve given him credit for….pulling this lineup up to 3rd in BA in the SEC is amazing

It’s almost as if most of these SEC pitchers will be drafted and play in the Bigs.

The year the astros had Roger Clemons, they couldn’t hit. They had a whole season worth of 2-1 or 1-0 losses. They just couldn’t hit.
They got to the post season and bats went nuts. But the pitching let them down. Bats could get hot at any time.

Was my worry coming into season, Jones was only proven SEC rbi guy. But they showed early on they can do it. These aren't great pitchers. Everyone is slumping at the same time tho.
