When did anyone eat any crow about O?

All he's done is proven he isn't a total disaster; that isn't crow worthy yet. He has an abysmal record against the top coaches, we had a worse SEC record, and he still hasn't won any hardware.

If we lose to Ga Southern, NSU, or Utah St? He gone

If we don't score on Bama again, it either means O lied about a new offense, or hes not capable of getting LSU to the next level. He gone, here too

I can agree with this. The answer might turn out to be wrong, but it’s an attempt.

Is this wrong? In O's 3 years, we've scored 10 points against Bama. The only time we've scored against them was when Matt Canada was the OC and we're almost 2 years removed from that.

I'm supporting the team and Orgeron, I've never once said I want him to fail.

But we can't beat Bama if we can't score. Correct?

I give him credit for the Fiesta Bowl win, I give him credit for getting Burrow here, I give him credit for the current recruiting class however, there are things that need to be worked on.

Saying this =/= I hate Orgeron.

The problem with many of you O lovers or whatever the term is, you give him all this credit for big wins (not saying you're not supposed to give credit when it's due. I give him credit for those wins also) but the problem is many of you O lovers absolve him from any wrongdoings.

It's always someone else's screw up. "That's on Aranda, that's on Moffit, that's on Ensminger, that's on the guy holding the yard marker....." I seldom see y'all point the finger at the actual HC.

I defended him during his first season because I wanted to give him a chance but since then he’s done several things to change my mind.

why is this not something to “cry” about?? Scoring 0 points is an automatic L on the schedule. Are we now to a point where we just accept a Loss bs Bama every year?

I'm kinda with you on that. I don't wish for him to fail but he's blatantly lied. Yes, I know, every coach does the "coach speak" thing but he took it to another level which I don't care for. Throwing players under the bus during press conferences and such.

I have met him, away from LSU, not on a coach's tour or anything and he was cool as could be. Joked around, was respectful, etc.

But then he does stuff like I mentioned above. I'm not going to keep saying, "well ok, this is only his third year. But next year..... " not anymore.

And he really has done very well but finishing third in the SEC isn't going to cut it. Beat Alabama. We haven't beaten them in 8 years.

What does he have to do? Well for starters get a better game plan. Haven't scored on them in almost 2 years.

It's always our biggest game of the year and he's on tv, "we're ready to go, we got this, etc"...... we don't even score a FG.

The only highlight I can think of off the top of my head in the last 3 seasons vs Alabama, aside from scoring 10 points (which is a fact that disturbs me) is the interception last season when we picked off Tagavailoa.

Isn't he something like 0-6 combined versus Saban, Mullen, and Fisher? Idk, it's late.

His interim year he missed Mullen I believe? Then the following year we had the biggest beat down, 37-7? There was nothing positive from that game. And last year he lost to him at Florida I believe.

Then Fisher joins a&m and we blow that game. I could easily be wrong.. but it seems like he's 0-6 versus these guys?

I believe this is truly the year to judge him moving forward. He really needs to take at least 2 of 3 from these coaches with the squad we have. No excuses. Please. None. And it would be nice to see LSU not played scared against Alabama. Other teams find ways to score on them, at some point we can't keep accepting it.

I want to believe this is the year the offense shocks us, but we've been so burned on this time after time. It doesn't make us negative fans to take a wait and see approach here. We will believe it when we see it.

We must be. All you read on the Rant is how much we suck and LSU has no shot against Bama. The NegaTigers and No-O's not only anticipate a loss to Bama but THEY HOPE FOR IT!!

I prefer to actually play the game before I concede a loss, but I AM A LSU FAN!

What in all of the tons of vitriol spewed against Coach O and the Tigers, by our so called fans, would make you think that they Don't want us to lose to Bama?

This would be the confirmation that they were right about hiring Coach O and that is ALL that matters to them.

When O was hired, O set the standards.

O didn't meet the standards his set, including losing to Troy.

When fans call this out....

In his career he is 0-6 vs. Bama and 1-3 vs. UF, with the one UF win coming against a lame duck McElwain on a doinked XP. At Ole Miss he never beat Bama, Auburn, Arkansas or LSU.
