From 2014 to 2015 #7 just about doubled his yards.

I specifically remember Harvey going over 1,000 on his last carry against Tulane in the last regular season game.

Guice's 7.6 ypc (and Hill's ypc for that matter) is absurd

How many yards does Burrow have? Don’t count him out just yet. It’s a huge stretch though.

Well we have a minimum of 7 games left so you should have done your numbers off 7

I couldn't stop looking at that 5 for LF's "games to 1000."

I miss him.

A few came close, but do not think it has ever happened. Best same year RD duos imo:
* Fornette- Guice
* Alexander - Robiskie
* Cannon - Taylor

A tandem that never gets much love on this board Lebrandon Toefield and Domanick Davis.

Doubling his carries may have helped.

Closest off the top of my head was Guice and Williams, but don't know any closer.

Did Harvey Blow his ACL vs Tulane on the carry that put him over 1000?

Guice and Fournette couldn’t get there because of Bama. I think we averaged like 40 total yards rushing against them the last several games.

I went back to 1950.

Closest I found is 1976, no bowl game that year.
Terry Robiskie 1117
Charles Alexander 876

Every other year that was close had #2 not close enough to 1000 to make it up in a bowl game or it was after 2001. In terms of yards from scrimmage, last year we had 2 in Guice and Williams.

We've had a number of years with 3-5 back rotations, which dilutes the numbers for all of the backs. That riches of talent dilutes individual stats.

In 97 we had Faukk at 1144 and Mealey at 654. That year Collins had 596 in only 4 games.
