I was there. Early 3rd quarter I realized LSU would win the game. Having lived through Archmanardo, I had to sit down and absorb the impact.

The night Mama Davey put the gris gris on UT for the cheap shot that took Rohan out.

The people who know baseball know LSU is absolutely the favorite. Hillbillies bout to meet reality, this is their nightmare come true.

Little Tony can't beat Paul in the post season. The best thing Tony can do is show Paul how well he plays a rusty trombone. LSU will be in Tennessee's head like a tumor.

I'm all over LSU on the bet.

Favorite of what? I am being dead serious and willing to have a legitimate conversation/debate on why LSU is or is note the favorite. I have seen a bunch of LSU fans say some outlandish things and non of it’s really makes sense to me. So please explain to me and honest and no a homer how LSU is the clear favorite.

Like last time in April right? I believe the fans got into the first baseman’s head and true coaches head. Do you think it’s gonna be any different than last time with the crowd. To be honest the crowd is most likely to be a little bit more rowdier than last time. Hope your coach takes a Xanax before the game starts.

Because LSU baseball dwarfs Tennessee baseball. Because history says LSU beats Tennessee in about 90% of the series they have played throughout eternity. Because Paul M is on his last go merry-go-round ride and his players are obviously dead set on sending him out in Omaha..(Check Eugene Regional). Because LSU has gotten down right scrappy as of late. Because little Tony is green behind the ears as for heated post-season play, whereas Paul is the old dad, and he will outfox the youngster in the end, as the old pros most often do.

That's some of the reasons why.

Once again, I am not an LSU fan. Just an assessor of the match up..

Looks to me LSU fans have a comprehension problem. I’ll say it again for you and this time read it a little slower so it can sink in. Coach V wasn’t here 20 years ago and whatever happened in the past has no bearing on y’all getting y’all’s a$$ whooped this weekend!!!

Again we are not talking about history. We are talking about the 2021 season. You say LSU is scrappy but what about UT and only losing 2 series all year which came to vandy and Arkansas. What about UT not losing a road series all year? What about the UT boys playing till the final out and coming from behind in the 9th inning or later what 7 or 8 times? LSU has a rich tradition in baseball no doubt and when you compare history LSU wins. But let us keep this to the present and not the past and you will see that UT had more players on the All SEC team than any other team in the SEC Tourney. They also had 5 players on the all regional teams. This team has talent and will not be a push over by no means and neither will LSU. But I truly believe that this group of players is better than the current group LSU has.

This isn’t a box-checking exercise, and no one is saying a football game 20 years ago predicts this series. It’s just a fun recollection

Tre Morgan, our first baseman, went 6–14 with a home run and 3 doubles.

You call that getting in his head?

I’m just repeating the words of your coach on his raido show. He’s the ones that said he was really having a tough time.
