Thank you Coach Baker and all the defensive coaches who stayed Thanks to AD Ausberry for making this able to happen and to CLK . Great weekend!!

Where are all the "Blake Baker sucks" retards?
Posted on 12/6/25 at 7:37 am to SureMissMyTigahs
I am indeed impressed with the connection. Now if we can just stop the dual threat QB's from running past our defensive fronts

Shocking, I say shocking... did Baker think this decision through, or is he jes reacting on the power of persuasion.
Blake may regret this when Tulane wins the championship this year! (JK, Tulane's a good team, but it remains to be seen how they'll hold up to the "elite fleet" of college football).

Yeah, well great. Now, how does he stop the fricking running quarterback next year?
His scheme will take care of them, last year they were a little undisciplined & out of position at times which allowed the qb's to get past them. Experience should correct that & another year will have them rocking with the recruits coming in!!

I wish BK was not in the picture. This last 4 years were awful from a coaching standpoint.

Well, if you look at everyone else in the picture, Baker is not reacting to a positive play

Don't bother calling a doctor. This is completely normal given the events of the last week or so.

Something to share? Didn't know that was part of the equation here.
Hmm, maybe I should know that it is always part of the equation.

Don’t forget that practice against a strong offense leads to confidence and experience. Makes the enemy seem like a cakewalk.

toolame
Blake is so smart to reject The Slime’s desperate offer and stay with the LSU Fighting Tigers, one of the most highly regarded athletic programs in the country. Toolame can’t even fill their high school stadium. The AAC is a joke compared to the SEC.
His value will be much higher in a few years after many big time victories in Baton Rouge.

I guess three Tulane fans downvoted the OP

Do they actually have fans???

Yeah, go on a couple of HC interviews and get a $300K raise to stay. Works every time,

Not only that, but we may see his defense really flourish. Don't discount what a good offense does for a defense: 1. the defense gets more rest and time to scheme on the sidelines if their offense controls the ball and eats up first downs. 2. If a team is ahead by two touchdowns in the second half, opposing teams tend to get a little desperate and start to throw more. This makes them more predictable. Perfect for Baker's blitzing defense.
3. His defense gets to practice against our offense every day. This will be invaluable.
