Lane Kiffin offering incentives for students to stay the entire game Saturday

Per the Lane Kiffin show on air right now, students who stay the entire game will have a chance to access a QR code at the end that will enter them into drawings for swag--including speakers, yeti merchandise, autographed items, and more.

We spend zero on infrastructure and new plans in the off season to combat atrocious traffic and street conditions after games. We can be 0-15 or 15-0 and late game attendance won’t change unless other things do first. If you’re driving it’s miserable, walking students can hang around for a speaker. I applaud the effort.

Unless the Mississippi switches its primary flow to the Atchafalaya and they fill in the Mississippi River so plenty roads can leave to the west traffic fix isn’t happening.
Lane will build the TS culture that it’s rare people leave early. That brand of football combined with his explanations that it helps recruiting will have more people fine with 2AM getting to bed.

That’s a great idea. Kiffin gets a lot of shite, but, I’m loving that he is our coach.

I like the points systems other schools have. They earn points by attending less popular sports’ games, staying until the end of the football games, seniority, joining things like Collegiate Club, etc. Your overall points determine your place in line to buy tickets.
That would keep them there with the bigger games coming toward the end of the season, especially. I like what Kiffin is doing this year but I would be looking at something that gives even more incentive moving forward.

Most students aren’t driving or if they are, they are doing so well after the game is over

Not going to make a separate post for this, but CLK really impressed me just now in the show, and yes it's a little things but I think it shows a lot.
After his segment, Sawyer Jordan and Princewill were going to have interviews, and instead of leaving after Chris Blair basically signed him off, he interrupted to personally introduce and hype up both of the guys coming on after him, rather than just having Blair intro them himself.
I know it's a really tiny detail but I feel like that showed a lot of class on his part that he really values the people around him for their contributions

What would you change? I doubt they can connect an interstate exchange. There’s literally nothing they can do to fix it besides figure out a better contraflow plan

ITS THE TRAFFIC! Not the stadium, team, experience. Any of that. Its the fricking traffic. How to fix it. I have no clue. But 90 percent of the people I ask why they leave early. They say its a nightmare getting out the stadium.

Why don’t they let the folks (non students) that leave early the ability to turn their ticket over when they exit to folks on the outside. And have a way to readmit the ticket. Wouldn’t solve 100% problem, but sure would put asses in the seats for folks that want to see the Second half

Meeting zones/parking lots close to campus for ride share FOR ONE!
Off campus parking where ppl can be bussed afterward to knock down some of the car on campus.
Controlled pedestrian walks.
Timed lot exits depending on location.
