Lane Kiffin is a sticky problem

I love LSU, but I felt that Kiffin came with a lot of baggage. He left Tennessee, USC, Florida Atlantic, Ole Miss and was canned by the Raiders.
I wish LSU would hire a coach with less baggage. Kelly was not a good fit, but we have to have doubts that Kiffin is the answer. Out of all the coaches we hired him.
We hired Saban and Miles away from programs and they had much less baggage and won national championships.

OK, but we should have doubted hiring a coach who left Tennessee and Ole Miss. He's too sticky. At least Saban, Miles, and Orgeron came with much less baggage.
Kiffin left previous jobs or got canned under less than ideal circumstances.

Saban was largely an unknown when we hired him. In fact, most said who is this Yankee ? Dinardo beat him in the bowl game. Miles was a moderately successful coach at the time. Kiffin was prolly the best coach we could get.

Saban and Miles BOTH bent the shite out of the rules which is why Sark, Kirby, Lane and Pete are all freaking turds that ALWAYS will have baggage. They learned from the best. UGA didn’t get to where they did that quick because Kirby was a great coach. His recruiting budget was over 20MM per year. Recruiting budget equaled paying under the table like his former boss. The difference was Nick couldn’t complain because Kirby and Lane know where all of his bones are buried.

What has he done here other than piss off haters trying to use the 5/5 rule to his advantage?
He stayed at Ole Miss for 6 years. This may be where he decides to stay until retirement like Saban at Alabama.
