"Laird plays ball like a girl!" But no really his swing reminds of a girls softball player and he throws like a girl as well. Reminds me of an uber poor mans johnny damon

We would have scored 11 runs with Foster in the lineup, no doubt about it.

And he would have needed his strong arm to throw the ball in from the warning track after letting another triple roll to the wall...which is what would have happened on the ball Laird ran down for an out.

it's funny how these guys ( Stevenson and Laird) are so fast in the outfield, but can hardly steal second base.

I call BS. It wasn't a shot or even a great play. Looked to me Laird got a bad jump and took a bad angle.

Not really. The two are absolutely nothing alike.
