I like the aggressive approach but we swing at every first pitch remotely close to the strike zone

Last year was the covid year. But I’m with you. He won’t be fired after this year. But if we suck and don’t host a regional, then he’s going to be on the hot seat. We won’t have the pitching next year that we have now. And when crews transfers, we won’t have much hitting returning either.
