Here come the victims who think society is to blame for all their ills.

I knew it would be cleared.

Not saying he was right about threatening with a gun. But your situation was not as Kafkaesque as this. He's not even involved with the infraction . The DA starts investigating him, everyone assumes that he is involved despite prima facie evidence that he is not ....like no damage to his vehicle.

The Lafourche parish DA's office is shielded by state immunity, the LSP is shielded by the governor's office, the state AG, and on down to district judges.
Ronald Greene was beat to death by the LSP and those officers walked free.
LSP, and the trooper that solicited and coerced the false written statements, violated Kyren Lacey's 4th amendment civil rights. His mother should file a federal lawsuit under 42 U.S. Code § 1983 for Malicious Prosecution under color of law. That trooper does NOT deserve Qualified Immunity, and based on U.S. Supreme Court precedent, would likely lose that immunity during the course of the lawsuit.
Thank you for you attention on this matter.

WHAT????
Wow.
Most people were convinced he was guilty of causing another man to die and it probably ate away at him.
His life was probably still ruined to him by all of this even before he ended it. He might not have thought he could beat it. Who knows. It's still messed up what happened to him.

It wasnt
He took his future career away. I feel for him being accused, and certainly have sympathy for that, but he alone is responsible for his death.

After the video of the “incident” I’d question whether he even killed himself.

Did the DA and LSP share the video evidence with his lawyer as required by law?
They don’t have to share this until he was formally charged/indicted. It looks like the DA was going to use the grand jury to shite can the case to avoid refusing it and make the State Police look stupid. Now every one looks bad.

Simple thinkers like yourself can only see things on one extreme or the other.
His life wasn’t ruined. It had taken a detour that would cost him money. That he wasn’t able to deal with the issue to even find out how much it would detour him is very indicative of someone with other issues.
