Quality, Championship caliber teams DO NOT worry about such things.

This is what’s been missing from our defense the last few years, since TM7. The spark plug that gets these guys to play outside themselves.

I agree, but having that alpha mentality and the swagger to go with it is nice to see.

With no ground game and injuries to their RB's, Texas, and most importantly Ehlinger, is in for some major major pain.

I expect Texas may score 17 points, but problem is LSU will score 40. It is the fricking Big 12 .

zero issue with this statement.

sounds like a young man confident in his, and his teams, abilities. i see no disrespect in it at all.

My only worry is his hits are so violent it looks like he’s head hunting, and will get ejected by certain Officials. He’s a man among boys right now, it almost looked unfair playing him against GS.

Dwayne Thomas said we would dominate Bama. The defense shut them out for three quarters and then collapsed late when they got zero help from the offense. It wasn't smack talk that was missing; it was the ability to back it up. And don't give me a bunch of referee crap. Anyone with eyes could see we were going to lose that game when Bama started driving late in the third quarter.

Chaisson is from that part of Texas. Heavily criticized when he disssed his home
School. He’s jacked!!!

It's great when you can talk shite and then go beat the hell out of someone. Better have a hell of a game though.

I really think we're going to blow them out i know some may think im crazy to believe that because we're going there but i don't think they're that good but Hey we'll see Saturday

I'm 100% with you. I typically would be nervous about our guys making statements like this and being so confident, but I just have a feeling we're going to hang 50 on them. I firmly believe our guys would not be this confident if they didn't really believe they're going to destroy UT.

I'd rather them not talk shite and just whoop that Texas arse on the field. But, that's my personality and how I always played. I guess "blocking out the noise" is more of a loose philosophy.

At any rate...

Love the confidence this team has. Just hope this is about as far as they take it in the media. Don't need to give them any bulletin board material

Holy fricking run on sentence.

And don't say "hurr Durr this is football not an English paper", because what you just typed is inexcusable for anybody past 3rd grade.

Dwayne Thomas is one of the very few individuals that talked smack and lost, but still gets credit for basically backing up what he said because he was phenomenal in that game. With any decent offensive output whatsoever, LSU probably would have won.

I'm sure your days at Bunkie High are the EXACT same thing as rolling into Austin with the #6 team in the country to play a top 10 road game.
