Yes she will but what she can't get them ready for is lack of depth. This will end up hurting us in this game. USCe plays bully ball and they will get us in foul trouble. We basically run 7 girls out and USCe plays a legit 9 players. I hate Staley with a passion. I hope and pray we can take it to them!

If the refs let the lady chickens play bully ball, I don't think we have much of a chance. They are very intimidated by the South Carolina coach.

I feel LSU's starting five when clicking can play with/beat anyone in the country. The issue is the not having much production from the bench. Granted ADR has been developing really nicely since getting to LSU and is ahead of schedule year one.

SC is the best 3 pt shooting team in the country this season. They also lead the nation in FG%. They dont need to bully ball, they can outshoot everyone.

USCe is a physically big team, is a different animal , and we don’t have Alexis Morris. So, if our WBB team does win I’d be surprised. I am not saying LSU is not good but they don’t match up well based on what I’ve seen so far this season. But,

I'm definitely concerned and I despise losing to Staley, but I can't deny she's a good coach and has a deep good team. We also have a good team, but not the same team as last year. Missing Smith also is not helpful.

Seems like since they are such a big team, Kim might try to run up tempo the entire game to wear them down.

ADR is the only one on the roster that can at least matchup with Cardoso.
Hopefully she doesn’t get intimidated and can provide some solid defense and rebounds.

For any who care, IF LSU were to win out in the SEC and finish 15-1, LSU would be awarded a trophey by the SEC which would say "SEC Champions." Plus we'd be the #1 seed in the SEC Tournament.

When did I say that? I have never said that winning the SEC championship is the only goal. But every team in the country is doing their very best to win a conference championship.
Is the season over if LSU loses tonight, no, they proved that last season. But I promise you that it is one of the team goals when the season starts.
Winning the regular season conference championship is never meaningless.
You have to be a spoiled brat of a fan to think “national title or failure” every season.

I think the point is would you rather have South Carolina's or LSU's season last year? I want us to be the best team in March and not January. Though it happens more with men than women, the best regular season team rarely wins the tourney.

Obviously I’ll take the national title over the SEC title. But this is not an either/or situation. You do not decrease your chances to win a national title by winning the SEC title.
LSU has only won the SEC regular season 3 times in school history, and none since Sylvia Fowles left campus. It’s time to get #4.
