Nobody is holding on to their players if they don't see a chance to play. We have a lot of options in front of him, so I understand why he would go elsewhere.

Just watched that kid's high school film and he was legit. Seems like he could have had a tremendous career at LSU, but like most of them, they don't want to wait their turn and they all believe the grass is greener on the other side. For many of them, they quickly realized they made a big mistake leaving their first school, but it's too late to turn back.

Should have moved him to RB, not CB.
Honestly due to the 1 ball theory, WR & RBs are two positions where these guys actually have a chance to be something at another school. LSU will be fine but don’t be surprised if you hear his name again somewhere.

He was forced to enter the portal. Remember how deion cut all those players publicly last season? This is the same thing ,just done by an adult.

Well what should we expect? CBK kept on repeating, "We have 7 guys" who can play at WR, and specifying that Shelton Sampson is one of those 7. Plus, Prean got moved to CB for the bowl game and then moved by to WR for the Spring. I don't blame him for entering the portal, and I expect that the next two guys to enter the portal will be Kimo Makane'ole and Dylan Carpenter.
