He could be a major PLUS for our program. The guy is probably the best RB in LSU's history and he has several Super Bowl Rings....

We need to start a "display case" of all the Super Bowl coaches and players, to show off to the recruits coming for visits.........

I would love to see KF on the LSU sidelines or working for our LSU FB Program!

Yes because Alabama, Ohio State, Oklahoma, and Clemson have a display case

Some random Facebook post about him getting a head of player development role. So of course that means he’s hired.

Yeah, until he challenges O's apparent fragile ego with a different opinion and he's then fired. Great idea.

Actually, can we trade O for Faulk?

Could you explain where this all stems from?

Your post is very confusing.

Side note : Faulk is my favorite LSU player of all time!

Not only was Kevin Faulk the best RB in LSU history before LF7 and Guice, he successfully washed the taste of Harvey Williams out the fans mouths.

You mean other than the fact he challenged his football players to fight him and tear his shirt off?
Other than him getting in a bar fight when someone called him a bitch?
You mean other than him getting butthurt at Moscona over him ruling out a player and then playing him?
You mean other than him having his lawyer cousin set up a go-fund-me page to buy-out Mosconas contract?
You mean him getting pissy at fan and go on a tangent about how he earned the job when the fan asked about fan criticism over him having the job?

This is not a horrible idea. In fact, it's a very good one.

And do remember, such titles/roles mean different things at different schools. It could be anything from a figurehead with mainly recruit PR responsibilities through quite a bit of scouting/evaluation up to borderline General Manager.

I personally feel this fits nicely going all the way back to Kevin and Booger being recruited by Dinardo. Both of them decided to go to LSU for 'home state reasons'. To me, they are the original rep the boot duo. Couple that with the CFB career & the NFL career and you have a good mesh between a personal narrative and organizational (LSU) narrative. It carries weight.
