I agree that it was fair.
I agree that he would have had a double likely, barring something out of the ordinary.
I disagree with being able to assume that he was going to be safe and second and that he wasn't going to slip, get gunned, slide past the bag, etc.

Honestly I thought they would give him first but I don’t know what the rule is. I also fine it odd they didn’t make him run the bases to get to 2nd
