The most concerning part of this is that he seems to not have a pulse on this team at all. He was saying we were gonna keep some guys.. here we are losing everyone. He also said we’d be big players in portal but watch us get outbid for everyone there too.
Seems like BK doesn’t really know what’s going on inside or out of the program.

That is not a good look, regardless of how posters want to spin it or question the quality of the player or the ability to easily replace the player.
This also coming after a series of high profile decommits. At some point, not everything can be written off as it happens to everyone and no big deal.

Well if LSU wants to not lose out constantly 1 of 2 things will have to happen.. NIL rules will have to change form the unfettered Pandora's box that was open to begin with

I do agree that things need and will change from the current unholy combination of NIL and free portal.
My issue today is just BKs lack of pulse on the CJ Daniels situation. If he thought Daniels could be wavering, you don’t comment on the situation publicly. Getting blindsided shows BK wasn’t in tune to the situation. Sure, it’s possible CJ lied to him, but you would hope the coach would have some sense of that. CJ still might come back, etc. But again, declaring for the portal days after the HC clearly insinuates that the player is coming back is a huge warning sign of a disconnection.

Evidence in nfl shows a slight advantage for team receiving ball in second half but not because of the double up. In college it depends on team you are playing. But there is not really a difference.
