I thought confusing Trump for her husband would have been the most memorable thing about her first day on the job.
Answering "When I went to China" to the question "In which state did you pass the bar exam" might top that.
The press secretary's primary job is to make the president look good. They should never let her take questions again.
The President had no idea she had never passed a bar exam when he turned to her for the answer. That had to make him really angry.
What a disaster.

Please tell me that you think you are a lawyer and know nothing about the actual practice of law if you think that a lawyer has to pass a bar exam to be an active attorney are you really that stupid

It's not that she didn't pass the bar. It's that the President didn't know that she hadn't.

You have to have an active law license to legally practice law. Also you can’t publicly hold yourself out as a practicing attorney without an active license. All attorneys know this.

It doesn't matter what I think. Try getting paid for legal advice in the United States and not being licensed to practice and see what happens.
Maybe that's why she answered "when I went to China."

He's not a practicing physician despite having a medical degree. So, no he's not a "doctor" in that sense because he hasn't been licensed as such.
Don't you see how the same standard applies to the press secretary. Yes, she has a legal degree. No, she's not licensed to act as an attorney...at least in the United States.
