Man you have definitely delivered some shitty commentary in this thread. Maybe you should unplug for a while. Maybe forever. You seem bitter.
So you’re upset someone has a different view point of the situation than you do? Yes I know this site is a safe space for certain types but the crying and downvoting that yall do is pathetic. 0 bitterness this way, I just speak my mind.

There are plenty of instances of well off youngsters panicking in situations like this and running or trying to cover it up. It has nothing to do with environment.
So now upbringing doesn’t matter at all? You don’t think good parenting makes a difference?

I preached to my kids when they were younger that all it takes is one poor decision to permanently change ur life forever. Doesn’t matter how many good decisions you made, that’s not how it works.

From WAFB - Lacy booked into jail
Lacy was booked into the Lafource Parish Correctional Complex late Sunday afternoon, records show. As of 7 p.m. Sunday, no bond had been set and a bond hearing had not yet been scheduled.
Lacy was wanted on charges of negligent homicide and felony hit-and-run following a December 17, 2024 traffic crash that killed a former Marine and injured two others, Louisiana State Police said.
Prior to his arrest, Louisiana State Police said they were “in communication with Lacy and his legal representation to turn himself in.”
After allegedly causing the crash, investigators allege Lacy sped from the scene and did not report his involvement to police.
Lacy, 24, a native of Thibodaux, Louisiana was also wanted on a charge of reckless operation of a vehicle, documents show.

Very little when it comes to pressure situations and everything a kid/young person has worked for about to be washed down the drain because of a frickup they made. You can say I know my kid wouldn’t do that all you want but facts are you just don’t know.

just a sad situation. Hopefully this is the wake up call of a lifetime for Kyren.

I don’t think I’ve said anything wrong. I’m not a person that goes scorched Earth on a young man like the posters on this board. I help people even when they frick up or at their lowest. I’m not going to call him a POS and all these other things. I’m waiting to get more details on the case and have merely discussed Different view points on the situation.
