That’s the problem. Like you said, a regular person wouldn’t have a team negotiating. A regular person would have been snatched up not long after the warrant went out.

I see the nuts all the time - 120 mph and weaving in and out of traffic - cutting through 4 lanes of traffic on interstate and then move 4 lanes back over - passing on the shoulder throwing debris everywhere - come up behind you 120 mph and try to switch lanes and the mofo almost run you over - you don’t circle back and then leave with severely injuried people and not help or call 911.

Let me just say this is hyperbolic bullshite.
They're probably working to see if they can get specific conditions on the bond or a reduced amount.
If LEO has an arrest warrant and an attorney contacts them and advises they have their client in check and they're working on the bond before processing, it takes a real trash LEO department to keep trying to arrest him. It's rare, even in a state like LA.
And this is for normal people, not a guy like Lacy.

Just FWIW. Cutting across 4 lanes with traffic is insanely dangerous. You're supposed to establish yourself in each land prior to changing lanes.
If you cut across 4 lanes, stop. I know you think you have control and know what you're doing, but everyone else doesn't. Everyone else is anticipating people driving with the rules of the road, and negligent behavior like this just increases the risks of misinterpretations (like in your example) or mistakes (most people who drive the most aggressively suck at driving proportionately and don't get in wrecks b/c of the people around them being good drivers)
