Ok, so what PF/C recruits do we actually have a shot at getting now? Any? Or are we just F'd? I don't want to go to the recruiting board. Short answer please.

Where's Nick Nolte when you need him?

I want him only if he brings Butch McCrae, Neon Boudeaux and Ricky Roe.

Hell, at this point, I'd even take point shaving Tony.

Tony was all-conference, we could build this team around him.

It's bad news for next year's team, but I don't read anything into the departure besides a personal decision. The guy graduated, and he's getting married. Time to start making some money to support his family. I really don't see it as a comment on the program or on TJ.

This could be the event that causes TJ to loose his job after next season. With new talent coming in (hopefully) and Hamilton getting even better I was expecting us to make the NCAA next year. Now unless TJ gets a major boost in recruiting I don't see that happening and see him getting the boot.

I've supported Johnson. I like him. I think he's a very good coach.
However, unless he can sign some big guys with skills in the next few weeks, i would have to say he isn't working out here.

I guess it's a fit thing. Guy has been successful everywhere he's been. Unfortunately, it doesn't appear it will happen here.

Personally, I like Trent too. I think he's brought in some good kids. You rarely hear anything bad about his players off the court. However the on-court results aren't there, and the fact that we may have 5 unused scholarships next year is inexcuseable.

He may go undrafted. I hope not, but I think it's a mistake to leave this year. He would've come into the season as one of the premier big men with the spotlight on him all year long.

Stupid move. He'll be lucky to even be drafted.
