Neither made landfall as a CAT 5 so what you claimed about a CAT 5 "passing through" is wrong. Both made landfall as 3s.

Rita was 160 miles from BR. Current track of Matthew shows it within 75 miles of Gainesville.

And what CAT will this one be when it makes landfall?

Oh that's right. No one knows. But 2 days after Rita hit, we played in BR. TWO DAYS

I think Fla will be able to handle this one. They are a bigger state

First, you literally do not know shite about what a states capabilities are. They do not even know the damage and aftermath that will be left.

Second, did you even try to consider that lodging accommodations and travel routes will be severely congested?
Third, did you consider the potential hazards that will put 1000s of people at danger in the immediate aftermath of a hurricane? Not to mention any damage or power loss to the stadium?

Quit trying to be a tough guy because people have legitimate concerns.

Rita was a Category 3 storm... and the game was played on Monday after a Friday landfall. Because Tennessee threatened to forfeit, rightfully refusing to travel into a hurricane.

What category storm were they when they made landfall? Here's a hint, it wasn't 5.

And BR was on the worst side of Rita. UF isn't with Matthew

Worst case, we will play the game on Sun, or Mon

But its not coming to BR

He's an idiot.

He posted this in a different thread, and thought it was so intelligent, that he ran with it and made his own post.
