I don't know about making the CG or final 4 over the next 4 years, but I also don't think anyone will do that.
But I do agree that we will get better play from the QB's. Just the fact that the WR's will be better/bigger/stronger will improve them somewhat. Also like what I saw out of Deshawn against ND in the bowl game. Even a small improvement from the QB's with improvement in the WR's, we could get to average (maybe even higher).

Why average? BH is above average if Miles let him play.

Jennings isn't average, so I guess OP is saying we won't dominate. It sucks; it's also true.

Nonsense. You can't expect Les Miles, or any other coach, to completely abandon a philosophy that has been successful. If you couldn't see LSU's offensive approach change over the course of last season, then you weren't watching very closely. The number of plays with the QB taking snaps under center decreased in an attempt to take better advantage of the abilities, or inabilities, of Jennings at QB. What exactly would you have had LSU do last year, or do you want them to do this year, given the QBs available? What easy to implement change will turn LSU into the scoring machine you desire? The impediment to dominance has been inadequate recruiting not inadequate offensive or defensive schemes.

We have the exact same QB's on the roster. You cant just gain talent. Either you have it or you dont.

I predict LSU to at least make either the SECCG or Final 4 in EACH of the next 4 years, and championships are likely to flow our way unlike any time ever in LSU football history.

This is how meltdowns happen. Slow down. We'll be be better, but just because we complete 7 or 8 more passes doesn't mean we're going from middle of the road to the top in 1 year.

Define "average?" You mean a game manager like an AJ McCarron type of QB? Average can be interpreted many different ways.

I really don't think enough has been said about the jump that Mettenberger made between his first year starting to his second. Whether Jennings or Harris starts this coming year both will have had at least a full year of practice switching off with the number ones. It takes time to learn an offense from a respectable NFL offensive coordinator whether any of you will admit it or not. If it were so easy then anyone could do it. Now, that being said, I feel like Harris is obviously the better talent, but it also looks to me like he has passed Jennings as the smarter QB as well based off the spring game. Seems like a no brainer for Harris to start, but I trust coach Miles to start the QB that he feels gives us the best chance to win each game. It's not like he watches them every single day in practice??

Those predictions are ridiculous. I'd love it, but our talent isn't head and shoulders above Bama's and UGA's. The West is too tough to expect to win the West for years in a row.

We are RECRUITING better talent. Brandon Harris, Feleipe Franks, and Zadock Dinkelmann are in a completely different league than the players to sign with us since Jimbo left.

Did you? Maturation by both quarterbacks was fairly obvious.

It means not replacing a senior QB with a goddamn redshirt freshman and that you have terrible reading comprehension.

Easily the best post so for in this thread and I totally agree. Lots of people in here just talk out of their arse. Fact is we were very inexperienced last year on offense not just the QB position but WR, TE and at the beginning of the year our best running back struggled also so did the line for that matter. Our D is going to be much improved and our offense as a whole will too. I think Les and Cam especially cam realized something toward the end of the year. You can't play every team with the same approach as though we have an NFL team. You have to adjust to each team and implement a game plan to attack the weaknesses of the opposing team while running plays to your offenses strengths.
