Juluke REASSIGNED and Craig OUT
Geaux O. Now get some coaches in here that can effectively and develop their position athletes, as well as recruit.

I've been saying for a long time on here, that Craig can't coach and Juluke screwed the pooch during the last time-out against Florida. (It was his job to make 100% sure that Guice knew the play and his assignment. He didn't) And, both of them blew the Etienne deal. They should've been on him sooner, regardless of Akers.

I like the way Orgeron is holding his assistants up to a higher standard. (Like Saint Nick does)

Now, LSU needs to "Flip" Curtis Johnson from Black and Gold to Purple and Gold.

Who's next? Tigers need a permanent DL and ST Coach. What about OL? Grimes is mediocre, but gets a year pass to see what happens without Miles OL meddling and interference................

He's hired what? Two guys? And one is hurting our recruiting. The other hasn't coached a down.

After losing Moses Coach O told JJ to do what ever it takes to get Akers. After we lost Akers JJ was told he would not be retained.

So he was fired for not pulling in one guy? This has to be a joke.

Who is that? Surely you don't believe the BS from Mathis on Jenkins right?

Something had to have happened recently because Craig has been down in South Alabama recruiting hard recently and even had built some solid relationships with some 2018 recruits. Something big happened and we will probably never know the truth. He's worked for both Saban and Fisher, so could he have been working on something that LSU found out about? Alabama recently lost a couple of coaches, so who knows. It is interesting to note that Alabama did not sign one player from the Mobile and Baldwin County area this year. We also lost our biggest targets to Alabama and FSU. Just something to think about!

Small minded players that would rather be friends with their coaches then actually be coached on technique? Jenkins is the best in the business and we've heard nothing but positives from players about how he has developed them.

Why would he be? Hell any reasonable person can tell the old bastard won't be here probably past this season or next.

O is as much or more the DL coach as Jenkins is....and O picks up the slack on recruiting there. That is what I believe.

Mathis was always Bama bro.

nah, I think Dee was ok, and came on late. Jazz was the one in the doghouse.

See was definitely in the doghouse last spring/summer for his attitude.

You are fricking DUMB if you put Guice going the wrong way on Juluke.

Juluke really got Louisiana though!

It is not possible to succeed if you can't even break even in your home state. If we lose Louisiana to Alabama again next year, it's over.

There's more to the story than missing a couple of recruits.

Juluke is re-assigned, not out. Confusing title...

Well, it can be a little difficult to make up a dignified title for shoveling tiger shite. Good thing is he gets a free pass until Mike VII arrives.

Is this Canada wanting to bring in some of his people maybe?

I was told by one of Juluke's family members after the bowl that he wasn't sure if he would back, and the decision would be left up to Canada.
The reason Juluke has been reassigned is two-fold, one he kept working after knowing what was likely to happen. Two it makes more sense for him to work for his 275K than take a coaching job out of state, he (and his wife) are really close to their 20 year mark in the state pension plan.
