Definitely BR

Gainesville

I actually like Gainesville. Same amenities as BR with WAY better traffic, much better outdoor activities many of them in town, and the best gym I’ve ever seen (Gainesville Health and Fitness). You can find running trails right in the middle of town, pretty cool. Running in BR sucks except around the lakes

Calm down dude. I know you don't want someone showing your mother the language you are using on here. All 6' 200 pounds of him would probably beat your arse to a bloody pulp too.

No matter what you think of BR, Tuscaloosa and Gainesville are far worse.

I lived in Tuscaloosa for a year, it’s not bad at all. I like it there honestly.

Pretty incredible how far we’ve fallen since the national championship.

I have lived as an adult in 4 major metro areas. I chose BR to retire to. I love Baton Rouge. To each, his own.

Most everywhere is lame right now. Glad to see he’s focused on the right stuff the week of the toughest game of the year.

That would be a silver lining.

Maybe he would like it better if he attended English classes and figured out simple punctuation. Seriously, I'm always surprised when I see an athlete who displays an IQ higher than a door knob these days.

BR was great in the ‘70’s and ‘80’s. I’ve no idea now.

Yep, COVID + Democratic governor has been a huge negative impact for this offseason ofc we can't talk about it here. Every other CFB contender I can think of has a R governor: Texas, Florida, Alabama, South Carolina, Ohio... oh and Utah

Or maybe we're just not very good this year? We did lose more than half of our starters, both of our coordinators, the GOAT QB, etc.

But yes, let's blame the shitty season on politics.

Based on intersession classes I've taken, BR is lame when most of the students aren't in town.

Baton Rouge isn't an amazing city, but it's a hell of a lot better than down the bayou where I grew up.

If I had to move back to Louisiana I'd probably choose Baton Rouge. I don't see us moving back though.

Calling Baton Rouge lame has nothing to do with the season we’re having.
