I think we are all disappointed with Jordan Thompson, but I assure you he feels worse. To win tomorrow we are going to need him to show up at least defensively. Let’s have positive thoughts and hope he rights the ship tomorrow. Geaux tigers

He'll be ready, they all will.

The first error was a bad mistake. The second was just horrible and he was pressing. 1/31 is just making it worse.

I feel for the kid but JJ must not have anyone else if he is still playing.

He’s in a funk, sure, but this isn’t the time you let someone play through it

I’ll make sure to tell CJJ to not put JT at pitcher so he does not give up all those HRs again..

No evidence to show this at all.

Kid is taking his struggles at the plate into the field. You hate to see it, especially since he is a large part of the reason you got this far as a team.
Every player has slumps and it makes sense his is happening against the best pitching in the country, but you have to keep your bat and glove separate.

I’m not optimistic that he’ll put it all together tomorrow, but we’ll see. I’m generally not an advocate of the “dance with the guy who brought you” argument if there’s reason to believe he doesn’t give your team the best chance of winning, but Jay is starting him regardless so I hope he gets it done for his sake and for the Tigers’.

Yeah Jordan allowed 24 runs today all by himself. This was a complete breakdown of the pitching staff. Stop blaming a couple of fielding errors on this loss.

Don’t really give a frick how he feels. Either perform or be benched. Feelings be damned.

There’s nothing logically saying Thompson will do anything worth a shite tomorrow

Just hope

This. And he’s getting shat on for the GS, but that was the pitcher’s faults.

My coach always said you can’t be bad at both dam he’s cost this team at the plate and in the field dam. He has to box everything out and have fun if not he will continue to mess up on both sides.
