He will certainly out recruit his predicessor. This is a good hire not a grand slam like you guys wanted but given timing it is certainly nothing to be pissed about. If he can get NTU to the tourney he can get LSU back him.

im willing to give jones a chance but some people are trying to spin this and make it look way better than it is. this is a huge risk of a hire and really isn't that exciting of a move. Also the way it went down looks shady as shite with daddy dale and the gang running things

If you get excited about a coach, your a tool. Get excited about players, the product produced, and results. Sorry you children need immediate satisfaction. X's and O's are the least important factor for a basketball coach. Players is what counts in basketball. Ever watch an NBA game? How much complex offense and defense do you see? Did UK get overly complicated this year? Hell no. Nevermind, 90% of you can't comprehend anyway

some people are seeing the glass as full and its just foolish. Also setting up for disappointment but those same people will just make excuses when we fail to hit the bar they set.
Thinking this hire was meh or not a home run isn't being negative. Im not saying the guy is for sure going to fail, I'm just not going to jump off the sunshine cliff claiming titles with a hire like jones.

Not even close to Hallman man. He will get the locaal kids to stay home that in itself will equate to more wins. And if u doubt him because he comes from a small school ask Urban Meyer how that worked out.

you honestly think the recruits that jones will drum up in S.E. Louisiana will be able to stay on the court with KY and Florida?
