The defense only allowed 346 yards, punt return and int return are no on the defense. Not even close to great especially after Colorado State went for over 400 the week before but Arkansas has bigger issues than Chavis

It's easy to have success when the rest of the coaches are much better at recruiting great players.

Chavis had talent at LSU.
He had some good defenses but oversaw some epic 4th quarter defensive collapses while coaching the Tigers. Third and Chavis was real.

John Chavis was a great DC at LSU. His 2011 defense was very special.
