Same here. I got Billy Cannon’s autograph at Jake Staple’s Steakhouse on Scenic Highway when I was 5 years old in 1959.
This has been an amazing season and so much fun to watch. Joe has been amazing. He has represented LSU, his family, Ohio and Louisiana with such grace and class. Well deserved honors.

We are truly lucky to have the ben QB to ever play at LSU also be a genuinely good person who is a great ambassador for LSU. His speech to Coach O at the ceremony was heartfelt. This was a special a season.

LSU just released a Facebook video with a lot of the living Tiger QBs congratulating Joe.
The last one was Steve Ensminger and he ended the video with a pause and "Let's finish this."
