Haven't seen anyone say bad flat out. He isn't good though. Just a smart high character student athlete. Extremely average

Anyone check out the All-SEC offensive team(s)?
No LSU linemen named to first or second team.
No LSU backs named to first or second team.
When that changes, our scheme will look a lot better.

If he progresses the way Mettenberger, Flynn, Lee, etc did between jr/sr years then we are in for a big season next year.

First year starter. He's could and should improve drastically with an off season to prepare as the starter and Lord willing a new OC.

He came in an bad like a month of practice. Now he has a full offseason to go along with two 5 star receivers getting another year under their belt.

Add in more experience for o linemen and two STUD running backs. Offense has no reason except to be great next year

It's hard to take anything else that he says seriously after that gem. The offense should improve by leaps and bounds next year. Hopefully Dare at left tackle and either somebody step up at right tackle or find a solid transfer or juco.

I’m hoping Dare steps up at LT and Charles can play RT.

Honestly we can’t wxpect Transfers to fill holes every season.

Maybe another year with Moffit would get Charles where he needs to be. He's shown flashes. I don't know about Deculus. He might be better at guard.

Burrow very well could have put those numbers up under Ohio offense, against those bad defenses, with better protection, run game, receivers, and play calling. We can't know but I think he is. He sometimes holds the ball too long but beside that, he looks so damn good just held back by the endless shortcomings we have.

Stopped reading right there. You dummies that keep using this same stupid shite are the same guys that’ll get on stage and tell the “why isn’t the entire plane made of the little black box?” joke.

Not from me. Ed is a damn decent coach and Burrow is a damn decent QB. Neither are exceptional.

It's like they're all obligated to disavow because they're terrified to be called an O sycophant. It just shows the mentality that permeates this board. A bunch of mentally deficients participating in a circle jerk.

I love Burrow but the thing that frustrates me is that I think he absolutely COULD be a superstar, but as you said, he definitely was not.

If we are to believe the numerous Ohio St posters who visited this site before the season, many of them said the Haskins-Burrow competition was equal, with some even arguing that Burrow should have been the starter. Now fast forward and look at the numbers those two guys put up this year. Haskins threw 47 TD’s! And over 4500 yards. Are we really to believe that Ohio State’s offensive players are THAT much better than what we have? I for one do not. The discrepancy is all about scheme and coaching. Period.

Hopefully, Ensminger can figure out how to produce a more high powered offense next year. The only losses on offense are Brumfield, Brosette, and Moreau. There are no more excuses

And you left off no QB named to first or second team. Neither Unit was perfect. WRs dropped passes but Joe overthrew or missed seeing them as well. The OL leaked like a sieve. But the second half of the season, in particular, Joe held onto the ball too long on too many occasions.

I like Joe and believe he will make a big leap next year. But he should share his part rather than blaming all others for the offensive woes. And for those OSU fans who came here claiming Joe was better than OSOs two Heisman finalist and two Big Ten Players of the Year QBs? Come on man!

Doesn't really matter what "Consolation Participation Bowl" LMSU is in if the Tigers are not in the four team playoff.

If you're not in first, you might as well be in last!

You don't have to take me serious but evidently Alleva takes Derek serious. Truth hurts. Pussy.
