That guy knows how to place a football where it needs to be.

I totally agree ball really jumps out his hand

So, its a spring game, and its a small sample size...
But he is WAY better than anyone on our roster (atleast as to their current performances) by a long shot.
my take tho.

Can he bring that offense with him?
Damn those were good plays and he had good protection. Must be nice

They all look great on their highlight reel.

Yeah this kid actually looks pretty damn good. I’ve heard great things but this is the only bit I have seen him.
That first TD he would have gotten absolutely drilled though

Joe Burrow spring game 2017 highlights
Not bad, but not as impressive as I expected. 1 td pass was a busted coverage. the other 2 the receivers had to stop. I didn't see much zip on his passes. He may have a strong arm, but didn't really show it in those highlights.

I am an OSU fan. Hate to see Burrow go. Hope he goes to a program where he can be successful. From what we at OSU have seen, he is a very, very good quarterback. In 2016 as the backup to Barrett, he completed 75% of his passes with no interceptions, and I believe 2 touchdowns. (If you can find it on Youtube, I believe you will really be impressed.) His timing with respect to receivers was amazing. When the receivers were hit in stride, the offense moved very well. The offense looked so much more efficient under him as compared to Barrett, it was like magic.
There was no comparison between Barrett and Burrow as passers. Barrett, although a very good leader and runner, couldn't throw timing passes or deep passes. Barrett's flaws were exposed by Clemson in the college playoff semifinals. Haskins got his chance to be backup when Burrow broke his hand in the fall of 2017.
In any event, I am a big supporter of Burrow. On the other hand, Haskins is a really good qb who did exceptionally well when thrown into the Michigan game with Michigan ahead, and I can see him being the starter. With both Haskins and Burrow being so good, one of them had to go, because it was not fair for either to sit on the bench.
From OSU's standpoint, it would be great if Burrow went to the SEC.

Was hoping to see more. He’s slow. Places the ball nicely and makes great throws, but slow to react. SEC linemen will be stripping ball before he gets the pass off.
That first TD was a sack but you can’t hit the QB.

Dude looks like a stud in the highlights.
Wonder what he would like at LSU vs an SEC defense.
