The black community absolutely needs help. Nothing Joe said is wrong. Black on black murders, failing schools, no investment, high crime rates, police relations. It's bad. They need to be better educated.

Not sure why this is controversial at all. I'm at Conservative white American who is going to vote Trump and I agree with Joe
