Yeah, this stat probably says more about the stamina of the Bengals' defense than it does about Burrow.
I don't think of Burrow as a super-clutch guy, like prime Montana or Mahomes, but he doesn't choke or suck late in games either. He's more of a good robot whose dial doesn't move up or down throughout the game.

Burrow has 6 in his 6 years in NFL after being drafted #1 overall.
Derek Carr had 28 in 11 seasons after being drafted by arguably the worst franchise in the 2nd round and playing with a bottom 5 defense most of his career.

Let me know when people talk about completion percentage when discussing all time greats
FYI - Derek Carr had a higher career completion % than Tom Brady; both >3% below Burrows 68.5% you cited.
