Doesn't hurt that he has seen what Payton and Brees are about first hand for the past couple of years. That along with his experience in a proven offense at Penn. State. Definitely a good step and a think out of the box move by Coach O.

Last time I looked Ensminger is still the OC and Orgeron is still the head coach. Those are the same 2 that put up zero against bAMA twice. All I said was Will Wade is a head coach and was a proven commodity. Dave Aranda as a DC was a proven commodity- neither of them are “old” dumbass. This guy may end up being good, but saying he is a homerun for a WR coach? What is his speciality? You use that for coordinators and head coaches not unproven commodities.

No sir, they're not. I don't expect to see a championship run for another year or two. we still have work on the O-line and D-line, not to mention we're thin at CB with little to no experience with our depth at the position, then we have this little issue with RB that we are HOPING will be addressed.. None of the new RB recruits have stepped on the field, and we have 1 with experience. The rest are unproven.

I'd love to see a run just as much as anyone else. By all means- I hope we beat the pants off of everyone we play. But based on everything I've read up to this point, our roster/etc, I'm not getting my hopes up for another year or two.

Two years? Ain't nobody got time for that.

We have the QB, the RBs, the WR coach, Cregg with the o-line who returns everyone, Aranda on D, against a weakened SEC. This year is the year to win the SEC.

Solid hire by Orgeron. Young guy who could really help modernize the offense.

It is what it is. The team still has needs that aren't addressed or hasn't come to fruition yet.

The ones expecting a championship run this year are the same ones who will be bitching and complaining when it doesn't happen.

All the evidence supporting my position is free to access all over the internet. I'm not setting myself up for disappointment this year. I choose to be realistic and give them 1-2 years based on everything I've read. If they win it, I'll be ecstatic. If they go 10-2 it'll be what I expected, anyway.

Of course it's the goal. That doesn't mean we're set up for it to happen this year.

So we can't expect anything until 2021? Is that what you're saying?

The man has had control of the team since 2016.

2019 is the year, new QB in 2020. Our schedule is set up for it, get Vandy instead of UGA. If we beat Texas, we should do no worse than 11-1.

We return 4 starters on the OL, 5 if Ingram comes back. We return every starter on the DL.

We will have two 5 stars at the position in Fulton and Stingley. Vincent is solid a nickel. We also return the best safety in the country.

CEH returns and we add the #1 RB recruit in the country in Emery.

My expectations are sky high. No excuses.

Yeah this guy already has a hell of a career trajectory. Could be coordinator in waiting situation if he does well.

You know this isn't the NFL right?

That's how college works. Next year we will lose Delpit, Fulton etc etc. This will continue to happen every year. According to your logic, it will always be in a couple of years. Hence, next year U.
