My thoughts are this is similar to the Bill Busch hire. Not someone I'm familiar with, but he comes with some high recommendations and some promising experience. Now Busch has a bigger resume, but if Brady can come in and make a similar impact I will be happy.

I think it's a solid hire, but it will be a while before we know if he's that home run hire.

Good call mate. If he has a Bill Busch like impact on this team then we are in for a big season

The guy he is replacing was also trusted by a Super Bowl coach with game planning etc etc and implemented those plans into NFL games.

I didn't see all this excitement when Jerry Sullivan was hired.

Again, I've got nothing against Joe Brady, I'm just confused about the all fuss over him. I hope he turns out to be the next Kliff Kingsbury!!! But there is a difference between being responsible for a high-powered offense and riding the coat-tails of the people who were; and until I know which was which, I'm not holding my breath.

Maybe cause he’s not 78 years old and can bring something fresh that this offense desperately needs.

Yet you've been continually posting trying to downplay the hire

Not downplaying the hire, just the blind enthusiasm over what appears to be an average resume on paper.

Working with Sean Peyton for two years doesn't make you a great coach, any more than working alongside Nick Saban turned Jim McElwain or Will Muschamp into great coaches. Brady might be a good coach, but Ensminger will still be calling the plays.

I know man, things are going to suck so bad this year. I wouldn't blame you if you just gave up.

Oh, so now that he's out people are downplaying Sullivan's contributions to the team.

There should be a test to be allowed to post here
I.Q. test (100 minimum) plus "Over 18" age verification. (This would eliminate 75% of the Tiger Rant and 90% of the SEC Rant)

I'm still trying to figure out how an OC makes 800k a year and needs another coach to do half of his job for him in coordinating the passing game.

Don’t know why you’re getting downvoted. O doesn’t have enough time to coach the D line clearly. Either focus more on them or hire someone to do it
And NOT an inexperienced BBQ Meatball Buddy just removed from being a GA. You don't do that at a critical position like DL in the SEC West. You go out and hire the most experienced DL Coach available.

That is sad considering how low 100 IQ is. That’s pretty bad

McMahon, the special teams coach. And he has killed it
Yes, he killed our chances of winning the A&M game in regulation by forcing Giles to field that punt in a critical situation. (Even though he hasn't shown good hands all season)
