Because him and rhule had different offensive philosophies, Cam and Sam Darnold were his quarterbacks and currently LSU still has more talent at wide receiver than tge panthers.
Need some more reasons,

He arrived in July and didn’t even know his teammates names much less have any chemistry.

He didn’t know them in November when we got blanked by Alabama?

Maybe he should have spend the bye week learning WRs names

I know I wouldn’t want to watch TDs for a QB who I had worked with for 5 months and he hadn’t learned my name.

That’s a lame excuse for fricking September but we scored 24 against a shitty Arkansas team in November.

The offense scored 25 in regulation against A&M

Hey.. if I am wrong, why did Carolina fire him????? he is a fraud, plain and simple. passing game guru...Humbag..

Juvenile logic

That assumes that NFL front offices are always making good decisions. If you trust their judgment then ask yourself why they hired him in the first place.

Saban must be a bad coach too since he bailed from the NFL in year 2.

Not sure there is evidence he called bad plays.

Ensminger has tried to retire like 3 times. Let the guy enjoy his retirement.

I understand the 'wanting to know' who the OC will be. I want to know too but BK will hire a great OC.

I highly doubt it'll be some name we've never heard of.

Exactly. Too stupid to realize that Ensminger provided the structure & ability to put together a game plan due to his experience & Brady came in adding new offensive concepts. They meshed very well & the result was putting a lot of talented offensive players in a position to succeed week in & week out.

And add Burrow, Chase, Clyde, to all of that, and you get 2019 - the best ever.

I the years I’ve watched Ensminger coach our offense I was impressed with our gameplan 1 time outside 2019. That was the South Carolina game in 2020. Otherwise our gameplan has always been to just out athlete our opponent. When our best player couldn’t just have his way with the other team we completely Shut down.

This guy was a small part of everything that went right in 2019. Burrow and Ensminger played bigger roles. He is not ready for an OC job.

Just a slight tweak from what we saw in 2018 when E was by himself with Burrow?

If you put Burrow's 2018 stats and Max's 2021 stats side by side for the full season they are very comparable, in fact - Max's are better in most of them:

JB 2018 - 219-379 (57.8%) 2894 yards, 16-5, 7.6 YA
MJ 2021 - 225-373 (60.3) 2815 yards, 27-6, 8.3 YA

90% of you Momma Basement dwellers on this thread could have been the 2019 OC with the talent that team had (Burrow, Chase, etc.)

That's why we told Saban to piss off when he left the Dolphins. Good riddance too. We didn't need any of that dynasty crap.
