This guy was a small part of everything that went right in 2019. Burrow and Ensminger played bigger roles. He is not ready for an OC job.

How ridiculous. He's got Cam Newton as the QB with no McCaffrey. Coordinators need good QBs and good QBs need good coordinators

Timing with his receivers and time to work in the off-season. Brady was definitely helpful in updating the passing concepts. Steve still called the plays. Brady can help with install, but it’s clear he’s not as great of a play caller as we thought. Otherwise he wouldn’t be fired in year 2.
