Didn’t realize Joe Brady was the QB’a coach over Josh Allen with the Bills…

Will be interesting to see how that development goes and how the bills offense will operate. Allen is a stud.

Ken Dorsey was the QB coach in prior years for the Bills. He is now the OC.

Great gig. Qb coach of one of the 2-3 best qbs in the nfl. I can also probably handle that job

Are you trying to say that Joe Brady didn't install a completely different offense in 2019 that featured our athletes?

Was it just Joe Butrow in the I formation throwing bombs? Or was it a wide open RPO scheme that got playmakers in space?

Brady deserves a lot of credit for 2019.

Uh I don’t think that’s how it works…who is designing the plays that Burrow was executing on?

A bad arse QB in a shitty offensive scheme can only do so much.

If you fail in your first gig as an OC, landing as Josh Allen's QB coach seems like a pretty safe landing. He'll ride it to another OC job.

I’ll take things that are only true to Rantards for $500 Alex.

Totally agree, Joe Burrow was one of the best I've ever seen at diagnosing defenses and formations, then picking them apart. But let's not kid ourselves, Brady transformed that offense which allowed Burrow to flourish. They both needed each other, and together, were unstoppable.

He installed a few concepts that were very effective, but the base of the offense was on display against A&M and UCF in 2018. E deserves more credit.

Steve Ensminger must be a real lost cause then.

Brady’s career took a step back to reality. He’s where he should be, now. If he works hard, and he will, he’ll get another chance as a coordinator. When he gets those chances he should not take the first crap job to come along; he should go work for a head coach who is a winner. That way he’ll succeed and get a head coach job.

Passing game coordinator with Burrow, Chase, and Jefferson. A 12 year old who plays Madden could have been successful.

And yet NFL franchises, before and after, keep paying him to coach football. Astonishing.
