Joe and the LSU AD could learn a lot about improving the fan experience from the 49ers

The 49ers are currently streaming their state of the franchise & have spent 30 minutes so far talking about changes they’ve made to the game day experience based on fan feedback. Everything from concession quality and speed to parking to ticketing to tailgating is being specifically addressed. This is how you LISTEN and COMMUNICATE with your customer base in a transparent way!!!!

Tiger stadium will never be what it once was from 2000-2011.

Too much money has been made. It’ll never go back to the golden days.

Joe will never do that, 1. He isn’t competent enough to pull that off. 2. Hopefully he is finally shite canned after one of the most unsuccessful stretches of LSU athletics ever

The 49ers are having to find ways to fix the damage they did by supporting Kaepernick and his false narrative.

The 49ers built a stadium all the way out in Santa Clara, and their stadium is half full. That was before the Kaepernick mess. Had they truly listened to their fans, they would have tried to build a stadium in San Francisco. Don't use the 49ers as the model on what to do right by your fans.

Joe isn’t much on listening or learning. He’s The Search.

Streamline the traffic flow to and from, you fix 50% of the problem.

They tried to build a new stadium in San Fran proper for 20 years

Sound familiar? At least they are listening and making changes to the experience

Funny how success of the program corollates to a positive stadium experience.

Yes, look at the title count LSU athletics even with football down was a title producing machine. Since joe has taken over we don’t win shite.

We can overlook the fact he shouldn’t be in this position due to past history as an ad but his performance in the role has been piss poor. He has two good hires, only two national championships, multiple embarrassing circuses at the end of football season.

Any rantard could have the LSU athletics department profitable.

Ehhh...the title count in the 80s and 90s was inflated by Bertman and Henry dominating sports that have completely different national landscapes today.

Joe fricked up with O and Jones (and Caldwell) but the investments he’s made in a lot of the minor sports should set them up for long-term success.

This. I live nearby. The stadium is off CA 237 and US101 - two roads that cannot adequately handle traffic. It’s a nightmare to get to. Also, about half the stadium faces the sun for a 1:00 PM local kickoff, so even if you can see through the glare, you bake. It’s not fun.

The stadium is wired and had a lot of non traditional amenities, like WiFi, AI scoreboard announcements, etc. However, it actually takes away from watching the game. Also, while its not a main concern, the stadium itself looks like a shopping cart from the outside - it’s ugly.
