We all know it's not about winning to him. We all are witness to his hires.

But he wasn't there when he went hide like a bitch in the second half, now was he?

Yes. I fired the owner's long time friend. When reprimanded for it, I pointed out my only concern was for the company to make money.

He backed me 100% when he realized my motivations.

People respect balls.

This should eliminate all the Alleva defenders here blaming everyone else.

I mean he already told us this when he extended miles. “It’s not about winning championships”.

Absolutely no cheating conclusive, or an investigation started, and this frick is on record saying, “I wouldn’t tell the fans anything” “If cheating is involved...”

Why didn't the reporter ask him if he did the right thing with the Duke Lacross BS.

What the actual frick? I honestly don't think he gets it...

I haven't talked to one fan that is concerned about our record as a result of this fiasco. The concern comes from the knee jerk reactions and incompetence of our administration. It's just a huge steaming pile of shite.

I'm not mad at these quotes in particular. I can't stand the man though, but i felt the same before the Wade situation.

Literally nothing he ever does for the remainder of his time at LSU could get me to think he is not an absolutely terrible AD. I don't care what he said to the paper.

Interpreting Alleva's statement and overall tone leads me to believe Wade's not coming back any time soon.

That about sums it up folks. LSU will not win anything of significance under this administration. They had a shot with this basketball team but they're weak reaction to an internet article essentially admitting guilt will take away anything won this year. Imagine if, in April, everything is on the table and nothing can actually be pinned on LSU/Wade/Smart and they help out a coach a key player for the post-season.
