No I'm trying to get you hired as the PGC a position just opened up.
Appreciate the plug then.
I'm from LA and under qualified, but apparently those are actually strengths when it comes to our offensive staff.

After listening to the Sullivan interview again something else that stood out was Steve trying to implement more spread concepts and Sullivan acted like he was against it. Were they butting heads? Was it known that he was against spread concepts when he was hired? Did the coaches get blindsided by this and that's why he's stepping down? Just some stuff I'm wondering about. Why hire him if you know going in his position. I think that O and Steve know what they want and it doesn't totally abandon pro concepts.
Just so I get this straight, it's your position that it's possible that both Orgeron (head coach) and Ensminger (OC) wanted to run a spread offense, but they couldn't do so because Sullivan (WR coach) didn't want to?

Yea except he said none of those things.
I forgot, we aren't just replacing a wr coach, we are replacing our "pass game coordinator. "

I'm fine with the 21 personnel, the problem is they hardly ever throw out of it so it makes you predictable. The pros run 21 but they run and throw out of it and it's much harder to defend them because the TE's and RB catch the ball out of it also. They get in the spread but it's still power run football at times and that's ok "if" they ran and threw out of those sets. It's just not organized and doesn't "set up" the defense.

Yeah running 21 with Gronk and Hernandez back in the day is a little different

Don't criticize the madden grand masters. They know more football than any NFL or college coach ever. Not really. I just enjoy letting those microdicks know that they are stupid asswipes.

No you don't have it straight at all. I'm glad that we could clear that up.

How would you know. You've been twisting what he said since you opened a thread about it.

Jesus Christ, if that's what you got out of that...
Holy bad comprehension.

Again, Miles knew more football too, did that make him a good offensive coach?

“Floppy drives are the way to go. The cloud? Nah. Ever seen a cloud hold anything? Rain is about all they will hold.” - Jerry Sullivan probably

What I heard was, they could play action better than in the spread and that play action got them bigger plays. What's to be considered and taken into account or lack thereof by the staff is, it takes longer to develop PA from under center and exposes the weakness of the o-line/pass blocking issues.
