Great to see Daniels dedicated to his craft and working hard to improve his passing game. He's back training with NFL QB gurus at 3DQB program.

I can’t believe that this board thinks there’s some kind of QB controversy.

Easy to see receiver downfield with no pressure

Do that consistently against SEC competition and I will be impressed

He finally passed to an open receiver!

Progress.

If Daniels actually learns to throw a ball further than 10 yards, we’ll win the natty

I think that dime he threw to Taylor in the end zone while being covered was more than ten yards.

Nope I was wrong it wasn’t lol

You can’t knock the kid for putting in work. He put in a lot of work last off season to get the job.

He will never lack effort on the field

Yeah how could there be a controversy after we saw him light up Auburn, Arkansas and Ole Miss!

What a bunch of morons. Nuss only threw for 300 yards in 1 half vs the national champions. Bunch of idiots

Is it just me or does it look like he's turning to the left and then handing off to the right side? Seems like he turn right out of the snap to hand off right

Yeah I really love Jayden’s commitment and effort. If he takes the next step this year, he will make himself some good money and likely get us into the playoff.

If he doesn’t, having Nuss is a really good fallback option.

We have one qb on the roster who is capable of being the most dangerous player in college football. His name is Jayden Daniels.

Nuss is a more than capable backup who will get his chance to win the job in 24.

Put some DB's and a pass rush in there for real practice.

Hopefully he will get that this spring and summer with LSU’s upgraded defense.

Nobody will admit that the wr room was the worst unit on the team last year. Ton of drops, mistakes and didn’t win very many one on one contested catch situations. Talents definitely there but they were no where near the “strength” of the team like most thought they would be.

That’s a pretty bold take considering our LB and DB rooms last year, not to mention STs.

I can’t really even lend this post any credibility when the tape last year showed open deep looks that JD never saw or attempted.

He will have to at least make a few more of those deep throws to open up the rest of the field.

There will also be more opportunities this year with the improvements in the OL and TE rooms.

I don’t care either way tbh I’ll support either one of them. But the fact that this is the reason for Nuss is extremely flawed and I’m very worried about the football intelligence of some.
