He's a faster Jalen Hurts. He has an identical skill set. If JD makes the improvements that Hurts made at Oklahoma, and the between the 2021 vs 2022 NFL Hurts, he will be there. A few other things need to happen.

If the offensive system is tailored more to JD's skill set, solid OL play, it will happen.

This difference between 2018 Burrow and 2019 Burrow, was JOE BRADY. Meet back here December 2023

How did he almost pass for 3000 yards then?

Nuss can’t play a full game without at least 2 turnovers

Hurts wasnt a very good passer at Alabama either. Nor was he very good last season. This season, he a NFL MVP candidate.

If Jayden were to make it to NYC, there’s a few people on here who will need to be on suicide watch

They would legitimately say it was because the WR’s are just so elite and “just imagine how good they’d be with Nuss throwing to them”.

And only 3 ints. Something Nuss equaled in about 60 attempts.

well ..... Jalen Hurts didn't win the Heisman, but Caleb Williams did. So if you think JD5 will throw the ball next year as well as Caleb Williams did this year..... perhaps he could win the Heisman next year.

That'd mean JD5 is in a league with Joe Burrow and Billy Cannon. He's as dominant as Caleb Williams. He'd be the absolute best QB in the nation next year to win the Heisman.

Seems like a looot of improvement in the offseason to get there .... but sure ... let's meet back here December 2023.

Nah, we good. LOL

I don't see that happening AT ALL!

Hurts IS and WAS better than JD5 is. JD5 is MUCH too hesitant. Hurts played in an offense where they could run the ball at will, he was expected to be more efficient than Daniels. Yes, Oklahoma was a better fit than Bama and Hurts looked lights years better. To go to a team and in your 1st season you have the season he had, its only obvious how good Hurts really was.

DO y'all even remember how Hurts had 32 passing TD's and 20 rushing TD's in 2019?

Listen, it's fine to support JD but let's stay in perspective.
