If he had started Skenes in the marble game he would have only gotten 3 innings out of him because that game wound up being rain delayed. And that’s after it was ppd from Saturday night to Sunday afternoon. We did win the CWS that year.

The far bigger priority is of course, the NCAA tournament. He wants to make sure the pitching rotation is properly set for that.

Funny....but sad....CJJ was voted, by his peers, as the National Coach of the Year just 2 years ago. Tied for 3rd, just 2 games back of #1, in the toughest conference in the country...this year. One out away from hosting a Super Regional last year. He made his pitching plans for yesterday....last week. His baseball IQ is so far advanced over anyone's here that there is zero comparison.

It’s like they love misery. We are ranked #1 in the country and will be a top 8 seed. Why can’t they enjoy the season for what it is. It’s just a bunch of losers in real life that have no idea of what this is.
It’s kids playing a game. Takes the fun out of it when all you do is bitch and complain.
We could win it all and or lose in the supers. Who knows.

frick I am happy with him. If LSU doesn’t make CWS this year might want to see him make some changes but he is the guy
