Doc, I do not doubt your source or the sincerity of their belief that Javien seems like a good guy, respectful of others, and to their knowledge never in trouble.
What he apparently did here (apparently) being a key word, is intentional, very serious and very damaging.
We have not heard his side of the story.

I agree that the allegations are very troubling. All I've been saying is that we should wait for all the facts to come out before deciding he is beyond redemption. Sometimes things look horrible in the early reports (as they do here), but when the full story comes out it doesn't look nearly so horrible. I certainly hope that is the case here. If it isn't, then Javien will have some very hard times ahead.

Has it actually come out anywhere credible that he shared the video with other people. All I have read is that she found the videos on his iPad. Not saying what he did wasn’t a little on the sleazy side but if he hasn’t shown it to anyone then I don’t see where it warrants arrest and thrown off the team.

None of that is facts.
Hypothetical...you have a hidden camera in your back yard to watch your house. You go on a date and come home and end up having consensual sex.
Did you commit a felony because your security system recorded the sex?
We don't have facts and there is a lot of grey area in all the circumstances.

“The victim found the videos on his laptop…”-
It says nothing about ANYBODY ELSE SEEING THEM, OR SHOWING THEM TO FRIENDS
