Found the guy who’s a sexual deviant, but doesn’t think he is

Wow that statute is really explicit.
Goes without saying though that filming sex without a partner's consent is not ok

At least he’s good at film study.

Lol
Its called video voyeurism and he was already charged for it
There’s a pretty significant difference in filming “sex in your own home” and having a hidden camera that you use to film someone without their knowledge and consent
Eta good edit

Yes there is . But also the outrage over Toviano’s situation has been taken far worse than attempted murder from a drive by , shows you the mentality of most people now .
First of all. Holly’s situation wasn’t a “drive by”. They came to his house to start shite.
Two. The DAs office couldn’t find enough evidence that Holly fired a shot.
Three. Toviano admitted that he used a hidden camera to film a girl having sex. I’ve got a daughter and I would take his head off his fricking shoulders for that.

Assuming that it’s his first offense and he doesn’t have any priors, this is a nothing-burger

This is way worse than having an object that is legal to own.

This is so depressing. Not just from a how this will affect the team stand point. I remember when he was being recruited and was impressed by how well spoken he seemed and in interviews he also seemed to display good leadership qualities. Then stuff like this happens.
Imagine potentially ruining your future and football career because you can't control your degenerate urges.

Yep. I have 3 and jail would be the safest place for him. Kid like that gives me Cecil Collins vibes.

I cant imagine why any human would think its ok to do.

This is so dumb. Yes, a gun is legal to own, but it's illegal to unjustifiably shoot somebody with one. A camera is also legal to own, but you can't film somebody with it having sex if they don't know about it.

Honestly it’s really not that bad. I’m sure he knew it’s frowned upon but he may not have known it was actually ILLEGAL. I mean it was his place, no? I didn’t even know that was illegal. And he’s a kid.

Unless he did it with the intention of posting to pornhub or shaming her, this isn’t on Cecil Collins’ level. He’s a kid and probably didn’t know it was illegal because it was his place. If he was just doing it for himself to watch later, which is highly likely, it’s illegal and messed up but it’s not friggin rape.

Handcuff him and her Dad or brother have 10 min in locked room with him.

I know guys (especially guys with $$) who do this so if they get accused of forcible rape in the future, they have proof that it was consensual. As long as it's not shared to others via the internet, etc., I fully understand the validity.
