Just my opinion but had they not done the transaction in the vehicle they possibly have no rights to the defense they used also it was in the ville... I spent some years there growing up and thats how you get gang mugged when they see said device. Hell I had 2 grown arse dudes try to steal my galaxy 3 when I was 19 walking back over the tracks after a homecoming game.
If it didn't happen in vehicle the law would give power to life over possessions

Story I heard was they got new ps4 for bowl game so was selling a used one. Now had they already received the new one I don’t know if had it then or if may not get until during or after the bowl game. Truly does it matter if you show up and somebody pulls a BB gun to rob ya you would have no clue it was a BB gun and if had a gun you would shoot. Pretty much a quick close case especially with the fact they didn’t run away and called law enforcement to get there

Enough people write to the advocate demanding this guy be fired for blatent racism and they will do it. No need to bring up drugs just because he is a young black man involved in an incident like this. Yet another hack writer who uses absolutely nothing but opinion as fact and writes an article insinuating an act of self-defense is a covered up crime. Also insinuating that the DA is dirty and that football is what guided the DA's decision. All with zero evidence just his bullshite opinions.
